Raje Herbal is a brand of RGB Matter LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. Joyful Design is also a brand of RGB Matter LLC. References to “Raje Herbal,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean RGB Matter LLC, doing business through the Raje Herbal brand. All operations, agreements, and disputes are governed by the laws of Connecticut. 1. Our products

Raje Herbal products are topical cosmetic products only. They are made for external use on the skin, scalp, hair, or face, depending on the product instructions.

  • They are not food, medicine, supplements, drugs, or medical treatments.

  • Do not eat, drink, swallow, inhale, inject, or use them internally.

  • Use each product only as directed on the product page, label, or package.

3. Safety, patch testing, and allergies

Natural ingredients can still cause allergies or irritation in some people. A product can be natural and still not be right for every body.

  • Always do a patch test before full use. Apply a small amount to a small area of skin. Wait 24 hours. Do not use the product if you notice redness, burning, itching, swelling, rash, or discomfort.

  • Avoid contact with eyes, inside the nose, inside the mouth, and other sensitive areas.

  • Do not use on broken, bleeding, infected, sunburned, or badly irritated skin unless a healthcare professional says it is okay.

  • Keep products away from children and pets.

  • If pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to become pregnant, using prescription skin medicine, or under medical care, ask a healthcare professional before use.

  • Some products may contain or come in contact with plant oils, herbs, seeds, nuts, clays, botanical extracts, or naturally aromatic ingredients. If you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredient, do not use the product.

  • Ingredients may be listed on the product label, packaging, and/or product page as required by law. Please read them before use.

  • Color, texture, and smell may vary between batches because our products use natural ingredients and are made in small batches.

4. Orders and payment

  • By placing an order, you agree that your order information is true and complete.

  • Prices, product sizes, ingredients, availability, and promotions may change without notice.

  • We may correct errors, cancel an order, refuse an order, or limit quantities if needed.

  • Payment is collected through secure third-party payment services connected to our website. We do not store your full credit card number.

  • You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges shown at checkout.

5. Shipping policy

We currently ship only within the United States. We plan to expand to Canada and other countries in the future, but international shipping is not available yet.

  • Shipping cost is added at checkout. Shipping is not free unless a special offer clearly says so.

  • Raje Herbal is a small-batch brand. Some products may be prepared during evenings and weekends.

  • If an item is in stock, we aim to ship it as soon as reasonably possible, usually within about one week.

  • If an item is not in stock, your order may wait until the next batch is ready. If there is a major delay, we may contact you, offer another option, or cancel and refund the order.

  • Delivery times from carriers are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, package theft, or events outside our control.

  • Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may need to pay the cost to reship it.

  • Future international shipping note: When international shipping becomes available, customers outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local restrictions, and delivery delays. Raje Herbal will not be responsible for charges or delays caused by customs or local laws.

6. Returns, refunds, and damaged items

Because our products are personal-care products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tested products. This protects customer safety and prevents waste.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • The customer pays return shipping.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/wrong.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the returned item within 7 days of delivery and inspect it. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

  • Products bought from another seller, marketplace, event, or third-party retailer must be returned through that seller, if they allow returns.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us through the website contact form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. After review, we may replace the item, refund it, or offer another fair solution.

Skin reactions: A personal reaction or sensitivity does not make an opened product returnable. Please patch test first. If the product is not right for you, stop using it.
